ICYMI News Roundup @ Feb 10th – 12th

In case you missed any of the news from February 10th through the 12th, here is a brief recap regarding much of what happened. Not everything will have a hyperlink, so if you would like more information, please highlight and google it.

The big news for the weekend both involved the Trump administration. The Prime Minister of Japan came to the United States for the weekend where it was proven Trump makes people feel awkward when he shakes their hand. Before leaving for Mar-A-Lago, Shinzo Abe’s wife was forced to tour Washington, D.C. alone because Melania was MIA. While people wondered about ethical concerns of foreign delegations staying with Trump in Florida, the two were forced to confront how to address North Korea testing a ballistic missile, which is in violation to UN sanctions. National Security Adviser Michael Flynn is in major trouble because it was found out he talked with Russia about the sanctions placed on them for interfering in the presidential election before Trump was in office and lied about the conversation. Trump adviser Stephen Miller was asked about Flynn during the Sunday morning news shows, but he could not offer any support while other reports stated the same.
